How will the world be governed when Christ returns? This whitepaper begins with the new creation in Revelation 21–22, where God dwells with humanity, looks back to Christ’s thousand-year reign in chapter 20, and then considers how we can prepare today.

Land, money, time, gifts, technology, and relationships are all entrusted to our care. The invitation is to ask: before we give account, how can we use these finite resources in ways that bear fruit and reflect the faithfulness Christ remembers?

  • Christ’s reign and entrusted governance: Explore the millennium’s inhabitants, nations, worship, and public life, with the new creation as the horizon and authority understood through service and responsibility.
  • Stewardship, economics, and housing justice: Distinguish the “three accounts” of material resources, entrusted time, and kingdom faithfulness. Use the four Rs—Rest, Release, Redeem, and Reset—to explore economic and housing models with finite rights and meaningful exit options.
  • Gifts, culture, and mutual care: Consider how education, art, technology, and AI can serve people and creation, and how networks of households can practice basic autonomy alongside cooperation.

Its four evidence levels distinguish A: explicit biblical statements; B: synthesis across passages; C: institutional inference; and D: exploratory scenarios.

This white paper is not representing any institution. Specific systems and scenarios are research models open to examination and discussion, distinct from biblical revelation.
