Publication Status and Reading Note

This white paper is written and published by Rongen David Lin in his personal capacity. It adopts a future, earthly, premillennial working model and explores governance, economics, education, technology, and stewardship from a Christian perspective. Its views, analysis, and institutional inferences are the author’s own and do not represent the positions of organizations he has founded, worked for, or collaborated with.

The author is responsible for the arguments, selection of source material, and revisions in this book. Professional experience is offered as background for understanding the questions he raises, not as evidence of institutional endorsement. A concise biography and a statement concerning the organizations he founded appear in “About the Author” at the end of the book.

This is not a doctrinal creed, a political platform, or a definitive code of future policy. It sets no date for Christ’s return and does not equate the author’s institutional designs with biblical revelation. Explicit scriptural statements, synthesis across passages, institutional inferences, and exploratory scenarios are distinguished through Tiers A, B, C, and D. The claims should be examined through their texts, reasoning, assumptions, and stated limits.

The main body retains the English edition’s theological and institutional discussion. Historical attachments trace the development of the author’s ideas and provide further reading. For this personal-author edition, institutional bylines, organizational titles, and identifying logos have been removed from earlier materials; the remaining arguments, figures, and source acknowledgments are retained. These attachments are therefore edited historical materials, not unaltered reproductions of their original presentation.
